During my time as photographer and while spending time in the photography community, I am learning really important life lessons, that perhaps, I should have learned earlier in life. I don’t know, maybe it is just something I am learning with maturity and getting older. After all, today is my birthday, and somehow I want to know that some type of gained wisdom can now justify my age.
One of these important life lessons and something I try to live by on a regular basis is: Watch how your treat every living soul.
Now what does this have to do with Mina and Rick? Everything! Mina is an acquaintance from years ago and through the miracle of technology and Facebook, we were able to keep in contact. She was recently engaged and of course I had to offer her my assistance for capturing her wedding day.
We met with Mina and Rick on the Santa Monica pier. They came up with the idea of taking photos while play some of the games, which was a really awesome idea and these two have some skill at these games. As the day continued, we were carrying at least five stuffed toys.
I am glad that I was able to make and keep Mina as a friend over these years. Had I not, I would not have the opportunity to spend this time with them and be a part of their wedding day. We are really looking forward to their day and we wish them the best in life.
